Ugh. So, I thought I was doing well going for the Starbucks 'no sugar added
banana nut cake' while on my way to work this morning. Boy, how wrong I
was. 12 POINTS! for that little slice of heaven with my coffee. Moral of
the story, know the points before you eat.

Oh well, I am making up beef stew (4 pts) for dinner so I should remain on
target. It just sucks when you think you are doing well with the points and
get so horribly fooled. Ironically, I could have 'earned' less points with
the regular banana nut cake.

One kilogram to the 100kg mark. I REALLY want that for the Sat. weigh in.

Sorry Gary... That is 1kg to the "I weigh 100kg" mark. Total lost will be
somewhere near 10kg. My 12pt nut cake did nothing for my typing clarity.

Huge congrats on hitting the 100 pound loss mark. That is TRULY amazing.
Just don't go celebrate with any Starbucks pastries

lattes...Half and half and coffee...Now just coffee with a shot of half and
half as a treat...Keep a smile...GG

good lesson learned, sometimes, sugar free or fat free is NOT a point
bargain, and sometimes neither is healthy, Lee, who has learned this lesson
more than once, Lee

There is a small 2 pt vanilla scone at Starbucks but I stick to a nonfat
latte without food. I think once I got into the habit of ordering
something to go with the latte, I would branch out to the higher point
items.
