Default FOOD SITES W/W

There are a number of sites on the web with WW recipes. Unfortunately a
system crash last week wiped out my bookmarks, so the only one I have handy
is dottie's weight loss zone: www.dwlz.com

There are a number of cookbooks available, too. I've found the best prices
at www.overstock.com.

BTW, can you turn off the all-caps posting? You may not be aware of this,
but on usenet caps are considered to be shouting and posting routinely in
all caps is rude. I know you have health issues, but it's more polite to
post in all lower-case than all upper-case.
