foods that call out #2

What foods did you have to banish from the house when you started. Those foods that cause you issues and you knew it? Have you been able to let any back in? Do you know why they were an issue? part of why I even thought of these 2 threads was to help get people more

ANything with chocolate is difficult, if it's open it's worse cheese. Worse than chocolate. I can't leave cheese in the fridge. I can eat a whole slab and still go back for more. alcohol. Not quite as bad. I just have to keep the top on and don't leave it anywhere near the bed. eating in company. whatever / wherever / whoeer. I jus can't seem to keep to a ensible limit. At least I know these are a problem and avoid them. I do allow an indulgence every now and again. I have low fat chocolate drink sometimes. Can't remember which one. It's in a blue container from tesco, and comes in belgian, mint madness and orange. The belgian is the best. Ray |

I told him to keep the bar until Easter but actually I just don't want to be near it. It's a 3 oz. extra dark chocolate but the nutrition facts says it is two servings of 260 calories, 19 grams of fat and less than 1 gram of fiber each. It would undo the perfect day I've had today and just isn't worth it.I intend to lose weight this week and nothing is going to stop me. Audrey |

I think I gained a pound reading this, I like dark chocolate and when we
went to the walnut room we passed by the gediva display, we got dark 72 percent I think bites and they were wonderful, but I do feel fortunate that 2 6 gm squares was enough for me, Lee ahmward wrote in message ... Audrey A quilting friend sent me a whole stash of that chocolate! The tree of us ate the Mocha (a slim bar) for desert one day last week, while watching Harry Potter (again!). I had about a quarter of the slim bar, and wrote it off against the day's exercise. We'll tackle the other slim bar on Easter Sunday, after swimming, and the thick slabs will be cooked with over the next year. My friend also sent some liquid chocolate essence: she said dabbing it on like perfume acts well in attracting hubbies, and is as good a slim-line chocolate fix as any she could think of. I must try that one... -- Kate XXXXXX R.C.T.Q Madame Chef des Trolls Lady Catherine, Wardrobe Mistress of the Chocolate Buttons http://www.katedicey.co.uk Click on Kate's Pages and explore! |
