Yuppers thats me! It has been next to impossible to find the time to
post for last month but I wanted to check in and give a quick recap of
whats going on in my life.

Still going to WW. I am down around 25 pounds. I say around because I
can't find my paperwork, it got misplaced when I went into the
hospital. IN THE HOSPITAL!!! Yes fun kids Mongo has had a triple
bypass. I am still recovering from the surgery (only home for a
couple days).

As I get stronger I will continue to post more.

Take it slow...I've had 2 open hearts for a defective valve...You are much
weaker than you realize...Our heads heal much quicker than our bodies...Take
it slow and things will soon return to normal...Really...But for now hug
that pillow and if you want to sneeze just hold your nostrils lightly
together and you will probably not sneeze...Good luck...GG
