Default Weight loss for that special occasion

My best friend got married 2 weeks ago and she looked fantastic!

A few months ago she was not happy with her figure. Over the years she had slowly been putting weight on and not really noticing (sound familiar?) That was until she started to try on wedding dresses. She realised that she was not that happy with her figure and wanted to look her best on her wedding day - and did not want the constant reminder in her wedding photos of how she had let things slip a bit.

She went on this diet and lost 23lbs and 3 inches around her waist. She lost weight and had improved health and vitality, which was just as well as she had a wedding to organise! Her wedding dress that was a stuggle to fasten, had to be taken in by 3 inches - as I said she looked and felt fantastic on her special day. Oh yeah, the photos were perfect!

The diet was a meal replacement diet. You replace 2 meals a day with a high protein and vitamin shake. You can add fruit aswell which is a great way to get your 5 a day in without really noticing! The diet works on reducing your body fat while preserving your lean muscle mass. The program provides you with 100% of your daily nutritional and protein needed so you feel satisfied, energetic and lose the body fat withour reducing your lean muscle mass. You still get to enjoy one meal a day with your family and friends, so it is not an unsociable diet.

The beauty of this diet is that you don't have to eat diet food, calorie count or weigh and measure your food. It's really safe, natural and easy to do.
