Default Grapefruit Juice Diet

I have decided to try this since many of my family members have had such
http://www.idiet4u.com/diets/fruitjuicediet.html
great success with it. I do have a few questions though.
What type of work out plan should one use to accompany the diet?
The diet posts a list of what to eat and what not to eat. So can I have a
two-egg omelet with and red onions, bell peppers and tomatoes, along with
the bacon and juice of course, for breakfast?
Would a chicken creaser salad (won't forget the juice!) be a sufficient
lunch or dinner meal?
I probably should not have croutons with my salad, should I?
The diet says to take 2 days off. Does this mean I can, eat pizza, pasta
even bread, what about drink beer or soda?
Finally, I have yet to hear any horror stories about cholesterol
skyrocketing, I have only heard good things from people very close to me
that I trust.
Are there any side effects to this plan?
Please share your personal experiences with me.

Some years ago I read about a woman that dieted with only grapefruit juice.
It damaged her skin.

My Mom did that diet.. she lost the weight..gained it back.. traumatized her
stomac to the point where 25 years later it still gives her problems.. me
and my two brothers still can't look at a grapefruit in the face without
puking.. and Mom's still 30 lbs over goal..
Those fad diets just scares me..
