This is a "ME TOO" post. I have the same afflictions as you. Today,
ferinstance, I forgot my gym clothes. Oh well, guess I can't go--'cept
my sweats happen to be here, oh, and there's my sneakers--who cares if
I'm wearing black socks (that actually made me put it off for another
hour)--and I'm already wearing a tank under my blazer. Oh hell, just go!

And I did.

But it took me FOUR HOURS to talk myself into going. Why do our minds
work like that? I'm glad I went--it's beautiful outside, so I ran over ,
worked on my bench press technique (I was pressing too high up on my
chest--almost to my neck--wrong), did my bicep/tricep routine, and ran
back the long way. Now I'm late for my 1:30. Oops.
