Default Where to sleep

Sleep in the basement. That way if you get hungry you'll have to burn a few
calories stomping up the steps before you can eat. Plus the longer walk gives
you a few more seconds to change your mind ... anybody agree?

Sleeping on the second floor and going downstairs for food would burn
more calories, assuming the same ceiling height. Your homework
assignment is to explain why.
