Congrats on the loss and making it into a new decade. Good luck for
next week :-)

,and to Erin, sorry to hear about
your sons broken bone.

Thanks Debbie. He's doing fine, getting a bit frustrated with his new
mobility difficulties but he's mostly happy.

Down 3.4 lbs this week. I know this was an unrealistic loss for the week,
but I was sick with a stomach virus earlier in the week and was not eating
or drinking for fear of it coming out one end or the other. I just hope I
keep off what I did lose, since I hit my January 1 goal (289) a few weeks
early. Of course the boxes of See's candies started showing up at the
office yesterday, so I will need to stay focused and on program to keep

off
my great whoosh of this week and continue on to my next decade.

Congrats too all who have lost and maintained this week, for those up a

bit,
just stay on program, you will lose eventually.

Also, congrats to Bron on her pregnancy ,and to Erin, sorry to hear about
your sons broken bone.

Debbie
319.4/289/(Jan 1 goal 289)/150 New Goal for Jan 1 - 287 (10%)
