oh fooey.
i regained all my lost weight because i spent the last 1-2 years binging. i am hoping i can stay on track or at least get to a place where the road way swerve but I don't go over the cliff, ya know? I've seen people lose more weight than I weighted at my biggest but for me its 50lbs of, 50 lbs on. At 5'3" that ain't pretty!! so - i am a big old blob again, back to my post pregnancy blobtacularness. A few familiar names here. nanner 176/172/126 (is a goal weight in the 120's still flame-bait around here??) |

For me that's the number because I was always at my most compfortable weight at 126 and I am short. I've been in and out of this group for at least 5 years and living on and off LC since 1998 |

Frankly, I think a good flamefest keeps things alive around here...just jump in and give as good as you get! |

Not to pick on you alone, but in general.... why do folks wait until they get back to the starting point before they do it all over again I wonder? Can you imagine if you started up again when you were only 10-20 lbs gone? Gotta be some sort of emotional trigger here? -- JK Sinrod www.SinrodStudios.com www.MyConeyIslandMemories.com |
