Thank you for sharing your pictures. I am basically the size you were
before you started dieting. In fact, the before pictures reminded me of me
now. Thank you so much for that. I can see that if I started now, I should
see some sort of results before Christmas.

Congrats on the weight loss. It is difficult to judge just from the
pics, but it seems your shoulders are becoming more and more
internally rotated as time progresses. Do you do any horizontal
pulling exercises like bent rows?
