Hi all,

Stayed the same this week....................Hey! that's fine with
me!.............instead of celebrating a loss, I've decided to celebrate an
NSV.....

When I started this journey a year ago, I couldn't even stand in line
waiting for my WI !!! YES, it's the honest truth! Whenever we went shopping
or when I took the wife and family to Disney or an amusement park, I had to
get an ECV in order to get around because I could barely walk due to the
back pain from being so over-weight!

Well, I'm happy to report that due to my 74.6 lbs weight loss to date, I was
able to book our first Cruise vacation for next month!!!! I'm looking so
forward to it and I'm not one bit afraid of the standing in line at the
airport or standing in line to embark the ship and I'm so looking forward to
the ports of call in Key West and Cozumel, Mexico!........

I think I may decide to do CORE while on the ship.........with the buffets
available on board, I think it will be really easy to stay OP.

But hey, I couldn't have even dreamed about taking a cruise one year ago!

Wow that is really, really wonderful. How freeing that must feel.

One question, whats an NSV? Please don't tell me I am the only one in
asdw that doesn't have a clue.

outstanding news, and going to core while on vacation will keep away the
junk from your plan, even if you eat a bit much it will be healthier and
that is a great choice, again good for you, Lee

thanks Lee..........I'll still use my 35 flex points for those "non-core"
things, but nonetheless, I'm going to enjoy myself without over-indulging!
