I have been disappointed on my last two visits to Applebees. So I
checked out Dennys nutritional information and look what I was able to
eat last night there for a total of just 572 calories!

I think Dennys has better low calorie bargains than Applebees!

They have a "fit fare" menu with calories listed. But if you check out
their calorie listings online before going over you can mix and match
more and make your own dinners that are low-cal.

Doug,

My daughter when she goes to Denny's she gets the pot roast dinner with
gravy, with a plain baked potato and the green beans and skips the bread.
She is full and it fits within her points very well. 11 points total, so
about the same as your meal was.

Thank you. I'm sure it's less expensive also.

I LOVE Denny's and it's WW-friendly too.

I get the Pot Roast with double mash potatoes for lunch/dinner or the Roast
Turkey and Stuffing.

I get the Slim Slam breakfast when craving morning food. Besides, their
coffee is awesome!
