Default Good meal planning software?

Does anyone have recommendations for good meal planning software? I
would like something that can create a shopping list, handle just two
people, support low carb, and be able to stick to a calorie and macro
nutrient limit.

MasterCook. The shopping list can even be synced to your palm if you
are so inclined.

It's basically meat, fish, poultry, eggs, salad, veggies with a little
nuts and berries. Nothing to count really. Then just rotate.

For someone that claims to have followed Atkins, you sure are ignorant.

"I am curious, what makes you think that the OP is ignorant. "

This post should be sufficient, but he's made others recently too:

" " It's basically meat, fish, poultry, eggs, salad, veggies with a
little
nuts and berries. Nothing to count really. Then just rotate. "

Someone asks about meal planning software to do LC and his answer is
"nothing to count really" And then he has the nerve to reference
Atkins in his tag line. Did he even read the book? I would agree that
meal planning software isn't necessary, I wouldn't use it, but for some
it may be helpful. But how do you tell someone that there is nothing
to count on Atkins, just a basic list that you rotate, without being
either ignorant or intentionally trying to mislead them?

The only thing he left out was: "This had worked for me."

Then maybe he should leave out the claim that he's doing Atkins.

"Try eating what is listed above, and try to get a carb count. You
would end up with a quite low carb count. "

Sure, like all vegs are low carb so you don't have to count right? Eat
all the potatoes carrots and beets you want.

"My guess is that Glassman was saying that with the way he eats, there
is nothing to count. Which is true. "

I don't really care what he or anyone else eats. I do tend to take
notice when people start giving advice to apparent newbies that you can
eat all you want, without counting anything, and then sign it with a
tag line that implies this is how they were successful on Atkins.

Well sure if you want to be boring about it. I could think of dozens
of ways to prepare plain old chicken breast.

Here's a great one:

saute onions mushrooms, garlics and herbs. Add a spoon of bread crumbs
or almond meal. You can do it in a lightly sprayed or non stick pan ior
with a little oil or butter.

place a boneless, skinkess flattened chicken breast on a piece oif
aluminum foil. Spoon on the cooked vegetables, roll the whole thing
tightly in the foil, seal the ends.

Bake on a flat pan at 350 for 3-035 minutes. Great hot or cold sliced.
