Yes - it's true!

Just to clarify:

#1 - Most people think chocolate is "bad" for them - fact is some types are
better than fruit as for anti-oxidants.

#2 - All of the ingrediants are listed he

There are several studies that suggest organic evaporated sugar cane juice
is better than refined. Really, though, anything non-refined has to be
better for you.

As for anti-oxidants, even your GP family doctor is aware of the benefits.
There are thousands of studies that have proven this over the past 20 years.
Chocolate (pure) has the highest rating.

Some good questions.

I also wonder as to why "sugar cane juice" is supposed to somehow be
"better than sugar". It is the same thing, after all. Also, I do not
think that health benefits of eating antioxidants have been ever
proven. Famous antioxidant, vitamin E, appears to be actually
harmful.
