Default The Daily Plate- food logging

Hey all. I just wanted to make a recommendation to those of you who,
like myself, keep a daily log of what you eat and the calories that
are in the food or for those of you who would like to start.
Thedailyplate.com is a site made specifically for this. You can make a
profile and each day you have a fresh "plate" to start with what you
have eaten. I've been tracking my food in this forum for a while and
it's been fine, but the only problem is that if I logged my info and
then later remembered something else that I forgot or did exercise
after I posted, I had to go back and reply to my own post and add the
stuff on, which isn't a huge deal, but it prevents you from logging
the food you eat throughout the day. You can add, edit, delete, etc..
all you need to on thedailyplate.com so it's pretty neato. It has a
very wide index of foods to choose from for what you have eaten and it
updates the calories for you, based on the portion you ate. You can
also add your exercise, although I think is very generous with the
calories burned. However, neat site, check it out. If you join- look
me up and add me- I'm Shauhncy on there.

Cya
