So little more fiber and protein in this one. Anyway, it's not the %
of calories that are goal. You should be counting:
1) total calories ~1000
2) total protein ~70g

Both of which are satisifed well.


Less than 1000 cals per day is not healthy unless you are under 5 feet
tall and only about 100lbs or less. Otherwise you are eating too
little

ANd like others have said ...

What do you plan to do when you reach goal? How do you plan to eat
then? Or are you a "good enough for long enough" yoyo dieter?
