I screwed up royally in April, gaining back quite a lot of weight, but I'm
back on track now and ready to rumble.

Thanks. I didn't go off plan, but I was eating way too much to lose
weight. Fortunately, my blood sugar stayed good the whole time.

Peanut butter is my downfall.

Yes, it is easy to consume a lot of calories, too many
calories at times, eating nuts and nut butters. Though I
tend to eat a few almonds and macadamia nuts on occasion,
the only peanut butter I have eaten since I started
low-carbing has been as a bit of peanut sauce (Saté sauce)
over skewered grilled chicken or pork.
