Chak Yes, it is easy to consume a lot of calories, too many calories at times, eating nuts and nut butters. Though I tend to eat a few almonds and macadamia nuts on occasion, the only peanut butter I have eaten since I started low-carbing has been as a bit of peanut sauce (Saté sauce) over skewered grilled chicken or pork. -- JJ. |
