DietPower
Has anyone used DietPower? I would be interested to hear from anyone who is
willing to give me their opinion, as I am thinking about purchasing it. Thanks Alan |

DietPower
Spend the money on a pair of cross trainers, start an
exercise program, and get a doctor's referral to a registered dietitian or state-licensed nutritionist. Alan Rae wrote: Has anyone used DietPower? I would be interested to hear from anyone who is willing to give me their opinion, as I am thinking about purchasing it. Thanks Alan |

Thanks Alan I've used it on and off for years. I don't use it to tell me how much to eat or anything, just as a logging tool and as a nutrient & recipe analyzer/holder. I like it because I can put all of my own stuff in very easily and I can do long term analysis. I thought about an online log like fitday, but I don't always have internet access when I travel. I highly recommend the program if you're willing to make the one time investment. Jennifer 300/150/140 jennifer (at) resurvey (dot) org |

If the free alternative doesn't suit you & you don't mind spending the bucks ...., DietPower is a good program. I've used it for years and highly recommend it. .... of course, like anything else, it's just a tool. You still have to control what you put in your mouth ). Bill Davis |

DietPower
Thanks for the help guys. Fitday.com looks good, but I won't have internet
access everywhere I go, so I think I'll opt for the program. It is $50, but there will be a few members of my household looking to buy it, so it won't be so hard Yes, Bill, it is just a tool. I heard someone say that the best diet is just to realise what you are putting in your mouth, and the trial of DietPower certainly seems to do that. So, I am 197lb just now, and will be 170lb or less by Christmas. Promise :P Alan "Alan Rae" wrote in message ... Has anyone used DietPower? AND if you have a desktop and laptop, they'll give you a "key" to use on the extra machine. Jenn |

DietPower
There are a lot of people who swear by diet power and fitday but they gave
me a headache to tell you the truth. I doubt anyone could sustain tracking food like that for the rest of their life. -g "Alan Rae" wrote in message ... Has anyone used DietPower?
