Question regarding water consumption.
If one drinks 3 litters of hot water a day, which is 2 times of what his
peers consume, does it mean his kidney will last shorter than others? Thanks. |

Three liters is well within normal consumption of liquids, and you don't "use up" your kidneys by drinking water. Drinking 3 liters of water in one hour, or more than about 12 liters a day can cause some serious health problems from flushing too much sodium and potassium from your body. -- jamie ) "There's a seeker born every minute." |
