Default Trying to make a comeback

But it's hard. Can't seem to stay on any plan for more then 12 hours. Any
advice???

About 19 months now and sprouting, running, talking (some) and just overall
a boy with loads of energy!! Unfortunaly I can't pump it into me.

Default Trying to make a comeback

I have been thru this more than a few times. Major transformations
take awhile. when you fall off just ride it out until you are able to
get a grip, then jump back into it. Just keep doing that until you get
back in the mode. Be persistant and don't look at falling off as a
shortcoming but instead look at every restart as an accomplishment, as
a step in the right direction. You are already pulling off 12 hours.
How good is that I ask you? Soon it will be 15 hours, then 24, then
48....try not to look at falling off plan as negative, but instead,
see being on plan as positive. I'm being redundant aren't I?;-)

BTW, last year you showed up and disappeared again. Do you plan on
sticking around this time? Or do I have to hunt you down? G
