Great progress, Beverly!

Chris

Thanks Chris. I just hope I can continue the downward trend without another
long stall.

Tan in a bottleg I used this to tone down the brightness on my legs
before I went to Florida. Now if I could just find something to cover up
those spider veins on my legs. I'm seriously considering having laser
treatments to get rid of a few.

I have some of that but I usually wait until summer to use it because my
legs don't tan.

We're supposed to hit the 50's tomorrow (rain & t-storms) and Friday
(sunshine). I'm going to run outdoors in shorts on Friday and blind
everyone with my stark white legs.

Supper was done early yesterday afternoon, it was sunny and 40, I went
out to walk, there were very few cars - and the planets aligned. A cool
song I recently added to my iPod started playing and I wanted to RUN!

I would run for one whole song and then walk for a little of the next
one then run again. Each time I walked I told myself "ok, that's cool.
I don't really have to run" And then I *had to*!

I've always said I never saw a runner with a happy expression but I was
just nearly laughing, it was so much fun! because I could DO it!!! I
estimate I ran three quarters of 4.75 miles.

I don't know that I'll ever be much of a runner, but if the sun is
setting and I still want to get outside, I know now - I can run! :-)

postscript: This morning my knees, ankles, everything feels fine. Happy

Seems like that happened in February '02 when I decided the thing to do for
my back was walk. Little did I know the tsunami was in motion.

I was thinking of you and everybody else on asd. :-)
