Food:

6:00 (driving to gym): energy bar

8:00 (diner w/ Tom): 2 fried eggs; English muffin w/ butter; 8 oz.
grapefruit juice

10:30 (conference break): 1/2 cup mixed melon pieces

12:15 (conference lunch): 1 cup tossed salad w/ 2 tbsp Italian
dressing; around 3 oz. chicken breast prepared w/ olive oil, dried
apricots, olives, and spices (good stuff!)

5:30 (conference social hour): 4 oz. wine; 2 spiced shrimp; 3 oz.
smoked salmon & trout; one wedge of pita bread w/ 1 tbsp artichoke
dip; 2 meatballs

8:00 (home): creatine

Totals: 1408 calories (86 from wine), 48g fat (30%), 139g carbs (42%),
80g protein (32%)

6:30 a.m. -- Exercise:

Shoulder warmups

Front squats rising to split jerk: 2x5x20kg/44lbs; 2x3x22.5/49.5;
2x3x25/55; 2x2x30/66; 2x2x 35/77

Clean pulls from the rack: 2x5x20/44; 1x5x45/99; 1x3x55/121;
2x3x65/143
