Day 2 - Sore
I have done very well on the calorie counting. Yesterday I had 1230
calories and today I have had (so far) 875. I guess I'm going to have to find something else to eat (Mmmmmmm). I begin exercising yesterday also. I worked out on the Gazelle and today I started using the Ab Lounge today. I worked on the Gazelle for 30 minutes and my legs are so sore, I will be working out 3 days a week. Weight this morning was 208 |
