I have the 2003 version of these http://tinyurl.com/59cmk (i can't see a
difference). They support SPD and time pedals.


I had a pair like that once that I used for commuting because you
could walk in them easily. Not all that stiff though. Could be the
cause of your problems. I still think an upgrade might be in order.
And some larger platform pedals wouldn't be a bad investment either.

Okay....I had no basis of comparison for the stiff of these shoes...until
