Default Excel Weight Chart.. Anyone made one before?

Firstly I'd just like to thank all the people that responded to my last post
( "worried about my girlfriend ...." ). What a wonderful welcome to the
newsgroup!

I was basically wondering if anyone with computer savvy had ever made an
Excel worksheet to log their weight / calories / exercise, etc for each day
which would maybe produce a graph of progress. (or something like that)

If it hasn't been done before then I would love to give it a go but if it
has I would definately appreciate if someone could maybe send me one or a
link to one online.

Many thanks

Dan

It's pretty easy to do. I have included a starter. Replace the weights
with yours. Expand the dates as necessary and make sure the graph covers
the data you want. I've already covered the first month, so that should get
you going.
