Default Anyone Know Where to Get a Good Weight Graph?

Hi All, I was wondering if any of you graph your weight loss. I have
only weighed 4 times since surgery but would like to graph it monthly.
Are there downloadable ones or any that can be printed out from a
website? I am currently down to 362 from 410. I have lost 48 pounds in
5 weeks so far. I am one month and one day out from having WLS and have
lost 36 pounds of this since 1/31/05.
Thank you,
Laureen

Try fitday, www.fitday.com. They have the option to enter your weight
day by day, in addition to tracking your food intake and exercise.
You can use the free online version, or pay $20 for the download which
has even more options.

my husband and i sat down and made a chart on posterboard. we did 100
squares (1 for each pound) and got stars and everything once you
collect the data you can make a graph from that. if you really want
software, you can try here http://www.weightlosssoftware.com/default.asp ,
use excel or ms word, or fitday o course. good luck

You might find my "WeightWare" ( http://www.WeightWare.com ) program useful.
It graphs your weight, daily energy trend (calories up/down), moving average
weight, etc. You can set appropriate weight loss goals and track your
progress, track your exercise activities, and track other important health
and wellness factors (blood pressure, resting heart rate, percentage body
fat, lab tests, etc.).

You can download a free, fully functional, 30-day trial version from the
website to see if it meets your needs.
