How Oprah Did It
Doesn't Oprah look great? If she followed WW she'd still be counting
points, indulging in sweets, and overweight, just like most WW members on this NG. Instead, through willpower alone, she simply avoids bad foods. Nature does the rest for her. Why does Oprah win while most others fail? She's strong, not weak! Read and learn: "Oprah's Diet Secrets Extra: Oprah Winfrey eats no white bread, white rice, flour, sugar, pasta, and potatoes. Whole wheat pasta and breads are okay, but in moderation. No alcohol, and two fruit per day. Her big secret is weight resistance training. Oprah has had one-on-one training with Bob Greene - a trainer that includes both strength and cardio training. Bob Greene has released his program online called "Total Body Makeover" (so you and me can lose weight like Oprah!). See Oprah's program here (then select the first option "Total Body Makeover"). I had the chance to have a look around the program and Oprah's diet transformation is no surprise. Bob Greene knows what he is doing." |

How Oprah Did It
Bad foods? They all look like things that God created to me...so how are
they bad? Just my opinion. I think that she found something that works for her, and the fact she can afford a Bob Greene doesn't hurt either. I'd be lighter if I were as strong willed as she, and if I had a Bob Greene. I think moderation is a huge factor. She looks awesome, I agree. She seems to not feel deprived either. I don't know how she does it. I just feel like WW is a less restrictive plan than what she follows, but, whatever floats your boat. I just hate to see WW knocked, as well as all of the people I see on here that are very successful with WW. To each his own. -D. George wrote: Doesn't Oprah look great? Actually she's been having some problems maintaining her loss lately and has
been putting on weight. I feel bad for her having to go through all of that in the public eye, but she kinda did bring it on herself. -- the volleyballchick "DivaDonna via WeightAdviser.com" u22009@uwe wrote in message news:60be4df28a8fe@uwe... After watching the Legends Ball program on tv and some recent shows it's
easy to see how her lifestyle is in conflict with maintaining weight loss. Audrey "Nunya B." wrote in message ... Even with her resources, she struggles to maintain her weight. Audrey |
