Ah, no wonder I can pass on Chocolate - mango is working as a
substitute (G)

Fresh is also good but I have not seen any recently. And much
sloppier to peel and eat (G)

too.

That is all I do with it (G)

From the tub by the spoonful or sometimes in a small bowl. I guess
I've always been a veggie person so this works. It is food. It is
zero points. It is somewhat spicy but I go for mild, generally, so it
changes the palate and I can sometimes avoids sweets.

Why not aim straight west and into the ocean? Brenda shouldn't have to
deal with YOUR snacking demon! G

County/Country by analogy. Besides, the ocean might be further away
than Canada. I should check my mileages - the ocean is harder to get
to, well, it was until border issues made it more tedious.

that is a good point, it may be something your body needs that you are not
getting in regular food. Read it with an eye towards your exercise, My
brother used to run track and he says that extreme sports deplete some
nutrients more than others. Lee, who has never extremely exercised

Thanks. Actually, I did take the remnants of a bag (ziplock
packaging) and place them in the camping lunch bag. And I have none
available for home munching at the moment. I don't think that it
really works as deprivation since there are other snacking items here,
lots of them - including fresh fruit, veggies, and two-point bars as
well as skinny cows, and even real chocolate which does not call as
much as it use to. I should check the micro-nutrients in the mango -
maybe there is something that the body craves?

It worked UNTIL after the meeting when I rediscovered Miss Meringues
(sigh) But still not cheese and the mango is gone for the moment.

Mango season has just ended here And I'm fairly sure that it's the
sloppy gooey messiness of a fresh mango that brings that smile to my face.
I can't imagine dried having quite the same effect.

I can understand. My mom loved the gooey sticky mess, too. There are
a variety of dried forms - sugar added and soft/pliable and no-sugar
and quite stiff - I like them all.

Well, I use to take salt tablets but cut that back substantially. And
I'm sure that my water soluble electrolytes get depleted.
