Default WI December 11 2004

My strategy for the week paid off. I lost 2 pounds this
week for a total of 8.2. My brother's birthday was last
Saturday and we went out to dinner. I decided that I
was going to eat what I want and drink what I want and
then stay on program for the rest of the week and
exercise as much as possible.

And it worked, thankfully, because I'm going to do it
all over again this week as tonight is my office Xmas
party and we're going to a Japanese steakhouse for dinner.

Congratulations, Circe, on getting rid of those 2 pounds this week, even
with the challenge of a dinner.

So I hear. Unfortunately, I like my food cooked. :-) So
I'll be going for the chicken.

the best thing about WW is that it teaches you to live real life and to do
what fits your needs with no guilt only learning what works, Lee

Very well done. And with a realistic approach to the celebration
which is that you can have fun, eat a bit "badly" and off program and
still manage quite well if you return to what you know the rest of the
time.
