Default weight loss begins in your mind

Hi,

New friends, I am a successful weight loser. And, finally, I figured
out that health and weight loss is a mind work, actually everything
begins in our mind. everybody should know his mind first. It's power is
beyond weight loss.

I am building a new website: www.weight-loss-simple-vs-easy.com, I hope
this will help, and any suggestion is appreciated.

Good luck on your way to lose weight.

Your six principles are not too bad, but you bury them in excessive prose.
They should be right up front on the first webpage.

hey
i find it hard to understand your site as your english is quite bad. sorry.

i think this question Do your loved people like your shape? should not be there!! people want to lose weight regardless of others opinions.

the reason i have piled on pounds is because i am content with my boyfriend and gradually i have creept up. i now want to lose weight for myself. my boyfriend still loves me but tells me truthfully "losing some weight wouldnt be a bad idea" this is not because he thinks im fat and doesnt like my shape because he loves it but i ask him truthfully and i get a truthfull answer.

sorry for that long windedness but i really disagree with question because if you asked your loved ones are they happy with your shape theyll probably reply with yes and then you wont be bothered to lose weight because you will be so content.
