(Of course, some
of those symptoms could also be perimenopause.) I blame *everything* on perimenopause these days! LOL - Anne |

Do you have any low-carb products there in Germany, or do you have to cook everything yourself? So far I have not found any pre-made lowcarb products like bars or shakes etc. I eat a lot of frozen mixed vegatables though, with fresh beef or chicken, and as snacks I would take salami or cheese or peanuts, or if I want something sweet, quark with something Splenda-like and baking aromas. My practitioner of chinese medicine asked me not to eat too much milk-products however, so I pretty much drink tea all day long now, to tickle my taste buds. What nationality is she and how does she pronounce it? Mine is pronounced Eena. She is Russian and her name is pronounced the same way. Coincidentally, she DID move to Germany, in a manner of speaking. German soldiers stormed into Russia circa WWII and basically kidnapped her and her mother and put them to work in a munitions factory in Munich, where she eventually met her husband who was an American GI at the time. She wasn't too fond of the Gestapo, but she thought Munich was the most beautiful city she had ever seen. -- Saffire 205/185/125 Atkins since 6/14/03 Progress photo: http://photos.yahoo.com/saffire333 |
