Do you have a recipe for it? Beverly |

The other ingredients are 2 eggs plus some spices (salt, cinnamon, ginger, ground cloves). I sprayed a casserole dish with a little I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, then just poured it in and baked it. A quarter of the casserole has just 133 calories, with 3g fat, 19g carbs, and 10g protein. Heated up a bit in the microwave and topped with a dollop of fat-free Cool Whip, it's very tasty. Chris |

Chris I've seen this recommended in SBD groups as "crustless" pumpkin pie. It definitely sounds worth trying. BTW, if you *need* some kind of crust, crushed pecans work well in a thin layer, though they do add calories and fat to the mix. Jenn |

I'm not really that into dough; often if I eat pie I'll leave most of the crust -- and that was equally true before I became concerned with weight loss. I do like graham cracker crust, though :-). Chris Same - though I don't care for graham cracker crust either. I was always happy with heating up a bowl of pie filling. Now I do the same thing except I don't put any sugar in it Jenn |
