Default Where to find inexpensive liquid supplements? Or should I switch to pills?

Get a multi vit/min pill, crush and put in liquid. Eat red meat, liver
especially good, for iron source and/or whole grains and green veggies
with some vit c for iron. The last "memory and mood" sounds very dubious,
are you sure it's oil is only from fda approved pure texas snakes? Many
multi vit/miin pills will suit, do some price google searching. The
contents of the things you take are dubious in another way, some companies
like to put in every thing but the kitchen sink and the problem is that it
is there but in amounts that have little/no health benefit but do allow it
to be marketed and placed on the label to ride the coat tails of other
marketing campaings.

Hello all, I'm trying to find a way to reduce the amount I'm spending
on supplements every month, and I need some advice please.

Whenever possible I buy liquid supplements (which I take in orange
juice) because A) I hate swallowing pills and B) I've read that liquid
supplements are more easily absorbed, whereas pills sometimes pass
through only partially digested. But I've also read some things that
contradict that latter part. If I'm not getting any extra benefit
from taking my supplements in liquid form, than I may decide to just
bite the bullet (or horse pill ) and switch to pills to save money.
If I do switch to pills, though, I want to take as few as possible,
once a day.

I'm currently taking Innovative Natural Products' Liquid
Multiple-Vitamins and Liquid Multiple-Minerals, Floradix Floravital
Iron + Herbs Liquid Extract Formula (I was diagnosed with anemia a
couple months ago), and Herb Pharm's Good Mood Tonic and Brain &
Memory Tonic. I'm buying them at the local hippy food store, and
those things plus the Omega 3 capsules I order from Omega Brite are
costing me over $150/month! I need to cut costs and so I'm looking
for cheaper supplements (or a cheaper source of those supplements)
that will provide the same benefits. Any tips?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Jacqueline
