Default back on the track

I had my first cardio workout in nearly 6 weeks today! It felt really good
to get back on the treadmill.

The doctor gave me meds to take this week that suck. I started on Thursday
and by this morning I was up a few pounds while still OP. I sweated out
enough water working out to be able to get my wedding ring (normally loose)
off.

It's slow in coming. I spent most of yesterday sleeping again and I'm a
little bit dragging today. Maybe I went and tried to do too much, who
knows? Supposedly it takes as many weeks as you are out of action to get
back into it. The fact that the end of the marking period is coming up at
the end of the month and I have to spend the next three weeks chasing down
student projects is probably wearing me out more than the virus
