It appears to me that anyone who disagrees with a few regulars here are
called Trolls. This is not a moderated NG and everyone should be free to
post their experiences, post what they know and what works or worked for
them. Up to 1 tbs. of natural butter a day isn't going to drive anyone's
cholesterol levels through the roof.

they don't do it very often.

I just responded to another post with almost these very words! Now you
watch, they'll accuse US of being cohorts.

Some people on these diet groups are very anti-fat as some are anti-carb.
Some think Weight-Watcher is the cat's meow. People on all sides manage to
lose weight if they control their intake of food no matter what they eat.
Each deserves to be heard and not attacked for their views and beliefs.
Unfortunately not everyone feels that way on some groups. A small clique
will form and try to moderate the group by ganging up and harassing and
insulting anyone not towing their partyline. They try to harass the person
off the group or into compliance with their beliefs. Just don't let them
bully you. If they want everyone to agree with them they should form their
own MODERATED group.

Over my many years on Usenet I have seen newsgroups actually destroyed by
rude bullies. They drive so many people away that they're the only ones
left.........

I think YOU shouldn't be so rude to everyone. I saw the clip about butter
on the TV News one evening. I use butter almost every day and have my
cholesterol stays around 175 to 180.

Just today there's at least 5 posts of yours that are off the mark by a
long shot.

That's YOUR opinion and you're entitled to it. I'm losing weight as you
can see and have no health issues. How about you?

A little of anything isn't harmfull.. as such.. you can take poison and
not die.. if you take little enough..

1 tbs. of butter a day is not going to harm anyone.

I'm really curious of where you found you "LATEST" that says that butter
isn't unhealthy...

I'm curious of where you found your old information that up to 1 tbs. of

For the love of god... What the hell are you talking about? We're
talking an amount measured virtually in drops!

What the hell are you talking about? Two or three drops go nowhere.

Read the label. Some of you almost had a heart attack over 1 tbs. of natural
butter but would use this nutrition-empty sugar-loaded product without a
second thought.

OK, I'm done. Go nuts with the butter, continue insisting that
resistance training is of no benefit, Atkins your heart out. Best of
luck to you.
