I have used something called, Konsyl that has no carbs. It works but is all
texture and not taste, a little pricey at $14 at Wal-Mart.

Psyllium is wonderful.
I get mine at Trader Joe, not expensive.
Stir it into some good water, a splash of real lemon and some splenda,or a
dose of davinci syrup, it tastes like a refreshing dessert, no carbs, and
all the fiber you'll need.

OK

I have been using some supplement that has sucrose in it.

I was SHOCKED at how many carbs it has!!

But Im new to Atkins and just now in the "label reading" phase and am
shocked at how much "sugar" there is in everything!

You might want to Google Peter Jennings' report on where the
excess
government subsidised corn/syrup goes in America. The short

answer is
"everywhere."

I think you're right. I bought some 'organic' chicken broth the
other day for by diabetic hamster, and after I got it home I checked
in ingredients. It had corn syrup in it! It's even worse for the
little hammie than it is for me. I'll just gain weight, but he
might die from it. Now I guess I better read the labels on
everything, not just things that are supposed to be sweet.

I use 1/4 cup flax meal (ground flax seeds) in my morning smoothie or add
it to LC cereal. It gives around 9g fibre plus has the added benefits of
omegas 3 and 6.

Fiberfit. Not only is it fiber, it is completly unflavored liquid
sweetened with splenda (1 tsp fiberfit = 4 tsp sugar).

Since it is so sweet, the sugar-free Metamucil is also a good idea.
Pretty neutral stuff, just a lot of fiber.
(Also, aren't yam noodles sometimes 100% fiber?)
