Can I ask you a rather personal question? How long to lose your weight
plus how long have you maintained? YOUR attititude is really great!! I
ALWAYS can almost HEAR you when I read your posts. You are doing sooo
well & IT SHOWS

Sure Glo - it's in my sig line: it took a year to lose and I've
maintained now for 18 months. I never did anything more important or that
gives me more satisfaction than losing the weight and becoming healthy
and athletic! It is SO worth it. You keep it up too!
