Your thoughts on Dr. Phil's show?
I feel that the show could have been a lot better, it didn't say anything I
didn't all ready know. This could have been a great show to get America started on the road to a better life. I do feel that Phil McGraw has something to offer but it didn't do it here. Most of these show on weight loss are too much fluff and not enough hard core information. Roxan "FERRANTE" wrote in message ... Anyone have any thoughts, pro/con, on Dr. Phil's new weight-loss approach (seven steps)? Mark Ferrante |

Your thoughts on Dr. Phil's show?
"Carol Frilegh" wrote in message ... In article , AL DiSanto wrote: Another though... I do like the way he stresses that being overweight is a choice... The choice is not doing anything about it. How many do you know who made a CONSCIOUS" choice to be overweight? Some of us do it, (or in my case did it) to punish ourselves. I was never in denial about my weight. I knew how heavy I was. I would eat too much because I wasn't happy with myself. I think sometimes it's more conscious than we care to admit. If we do not take personal responsibility, it will always be someone else's fault. I agree with Al, I like that about Dr. Phil. I'm pretty sick of this "poor me" mentality most of our society has now. Martha |
