Hi folks,

I thought I'd delurk for a while, say hi, and point you to a webpage
where you can watch a fellow travler keep track of his progress. DW and
I have been doing the low-carb-way for about 2 months now and we're both
pleased with the results. We're still closer to the beginning of the
journey than the end, but we're beginning to believe that the end is
acually attainable.
