Default Yesterday menu - Blood sugars too high on plan

That is it for the whole day.....not much carbs there. Would the skin
of the chicken make any difference I wonder.


The only vegetables I see here are a few baby carrots. I don't know if it
would impact your blood sugars, but I really think you should eat more and
lower GI vegetables. I don't want to get into the "vegetables are
essential" controversy, but most people don't seem to do very well without
them.
