NY vac. & Designer Whey
Hi Everyone, I'm only a couple of months into Atkins, and just returned
from spending 10 days in Manhattan (helping our daughter setting into college there). I was afraid that I'd find it difficult to stay low-carb, but I did it, and it was quite easy. My hotel had a kitchenette, and there was an excellent grocery store right across the street, so everything was just fine. However, while I was there, I picked up some vanilla Designer Whey at the GNC. It had a very different taste & consistency from the Designer Whey I buy at home in Canada. It was easier to mix, but it didn't taste the same -- it was a little bit unpleasant. The container looked pretty much the same (no French on the label!). Anyone know how the ingredients & nutrients compare? cheers, alexis |
