Bad breakfast choice?
First let me state, I am NOT on Weight Watchers but think you guys are
knowledgeable any and value your opinions. I think this is fine but I'm looking for confirmation. I have a question re my choice for breakfast. First let me state two things. Because of my work schedule it is not possible to have conventional sit down lunches or dinners, I must eat "in the fly". Also, I am fully aware of plateaus, etc. in weight loss programs. Speed of loss is not a problem I know it will come if I do it right. My lunch and dinner both usually consists of a sandwich made up of 2 slices whole wheat bread, 1 T fat free 1,000 island dressing, 2 oz. grilled chicken, 1/3 tomato, and 1 slice of cheddar cheese (from 2% milk). For breakfast 2 out of three days, 2 egg-in-the-baskets (egg & slice of whole wheat toast), the other days 1/4 canalope & slice of whole wheat bread. The question is, even though it's whole wheat, is 6 slices of bread too much? Waddaya think? Thanks in advance ... Bob |

I don't think so if you are eating appropriately to go with it, I might look
for the healthiest bread going and I might increase the vegetables on the sandwich, I truly understand "on the go" eating, and I think that you have worked out how to eat healthier while on the run is a good thing, Lee, who was just thinking a whole wheat tortilla might be less points and easier to eat in a hurry and hold some more shredded vegetables Bob Newman wrote in message news:mTkAg.8287$ok5.1422@dukeread01... I didn't think it was possible to much healthier of a sandwhich. I do
sprinkle fruit liberally between meals. Bob "Stormmee" wrote in message ...
