Crossfit
Has anyone tried the workouts of the day posted on Crossfit
(www.crossfit.com)? I've tried a couple, and they have really kicked my butt--and they're great for days I can't make it to the gym (some of the workouts don't require equipment). I'm going to pay more attention to their sprinting articles--I thought I was going to die after practice last night! I could barely drive home the pain in my quads was so bad. I'll have to keep that in mind for rainy days and this winter Take it easy on those quads I have a couple sore muscles in my upper thighs from pushing it on the bike this week.
