Mother and child do apply in this situation. The term woman and fetus

As "mother and child" is to propagandize a position.

Spin happens both clockwise and counterclockwise.

It's one thing to argue that abortion is better for the mother and her
situation, don't insult my intelligence by trying to argue it's better for
the child. Abortion is about the mother, not the child.

Well, to be technical, what you mean is that abortion is about the
woman, not the fetus.

Sorry. I'm a nut for semantics. "Mother" and "child" don't apply in
this situation.

This is from the woman who refused painkillers to people writhing in agony
on their deathbeds. I admire a lot of what Mother Theresa did, but I sure
do not admire everything about her.

She was also dismissive and even contemptuous of the efforts women
religious (nuns) in the US were putting into efforts to liberate
themselves from control by the men in the Vatican or even to gain respect
from them. Don't get me started on *that* topic!

She also had some very odd rationalizations for procreation,
especially for the poorest nations.

What... more children to suffer for the glory of god is a bad thing? Who would

Or you could say Dawn Taylor is a known miscreant who somehow finds
the time to TROLL multiple newsgroups, especially critically important
ones like sci, med, cardiology, while writing about such important

Planned Parenthood is, of course, controversial because they are
pro-choice. But I can't help but notice that there is no similar
national organization run by pro-life'rs, to provide free or low-cost
birth control to poor women in order to avoid the abortions they so oppose.

That is a great point! I am guessing you won't get a response by the
pro-lifers on it!

Maybe this stuff to do with overweight, over-eating COWS should
be confined to the diet groups?
