A creamy, rich Cafe Mocha ... what? Sounds yummy!

I *do* have oatmeal for breakfast most days, wouldn't mind
occasionally having this creamy, rich Cafe Mocha thing once
in awhile g

Looks like some great products. Question: (statement first!) I've
made my morning protein drink with extracts, and most, even with the
addition of, say, splenda, have a bitter taste to them, sometimes
subtle, sometimes KAPOW. These are premium extracts, not grocery
store schlock :-) What's your assessment of Watkins' products
with regard to this use?

thanks,

I know what you're talking about. I have found that using about 1/4-1/2 tsp
is the max for 6-8 oz. liquid. The Watkins stuff has been better than the
stuff I picked up at the grocery store, but again, just in moderation. Some
flavors are better than others - like the peanut butter doesn't do it as
easily as the banana. I just start with 1/4 tsp and go from there.

Friends,
I've read many of the responses within this post and I have a
question. Ok, SlimFast may have a lot of sugar, but if drinking that
helps someone who might otherwise eat something far worse, wouldn't
that make SlimFast the lesser of two evils, so to speak? Some people
find that a simple way to diet, and very easy, especially when you are
taking it to work and don't have much time.
I appreciate reading all your posts.

Thanks,

1 packet of Myoplex Lite Cappuccino Ice, 1-2 T of non-fat, sugar-free
chocolate pudding, 12 oz hot water, 1 ice cube.

Of course, but given that someone is already here, and asks, it makes
sense to introduce them onto the superior choices, like EAS products.
I think the point is that most people don't see any really to consider
continuing to buy Slim-Fast, given the information presented here.

Some people
find that a simple way to diet, and very easy, especially when you are
taking it to work and don't have much time.

Yet that doesn't distinguish it from the other choices presented here.
Indeed, my recommendation, Myoplex Lite, actually comes in packets,
which I find far more convenient than having to deal with scoops, such
as with Slim-Fast powder.

How does the Myoplex taste? I am going to try it.

Thanks,

Unfortunately, it tastes so good that I've been totally unable to find
anything else acceptable.
