My current weight: 158.8 lbs
Weight change since my last recorded weight: -4.8 lbs
Total weight change to date: -73.2 lbs

Having a miserable cold contributed significantly to this week's big
reduction. I've been struggling to eat all my points; yesterday I
decided at least 1 point should go for throat lozenges and cough
medicine I've been ingesting. At least part of the loss was from the
week before when the scale held out on showing any loss until the day
after last week's WI.

I leaped past two mini-goals: 162 for 70 lbs total loss, and 160 for
15 lbs to WW goal. My next mini-goals are 157 (75 lbs total loss) and
155 (10 lbs to WW goal).

I better be careful here. I'm in Fred's and Lesanne's territory. I'm
not sure who's under whom and where I fit in, but that's incentive
enough for me to keep going down. LOL

Well, hot damn. That is an impressive loss even if it is putting my
bottom, top, middle position in jeopardy (G)

I wish the cold would have that affect on me - I just eat more. Isn't
it FEED a fever, FEED a cold, FEED anything at any time, any place!!!

CONGRATS.

Sshhh! Don't mention goal! It might start my hecklers to heckling me
again. This week, they've been as sick as I have, and have been too
busy just trying to breathe to bug me.

I fed my cold plenty on Tuesday, the first day of my cold. I came home
from work early, and had a second lunch that included multiple
servings of mini-meringues. Since then, though, without a decent sense
of smell and zero energy, I've barely managed to make myself nuke a
Lean Cuisine for dinner. This qualifies as a definite departure in
behavior for me. I'm usually of the FEED anything school.

Don't worry, I hope to out your and Lesanne's way VERY soon. G

Thanks Laura. I would say that zooming past my goals takes away some
of the thrill, but that would be lying. G

Careful there. There's a reason there was a movie called "Get
Shorty!" (G) It's the tall folks I'm jealous of - they can weigh more
and eat more!!!!

Well, I sanded a full 3 minutes and gave it up. I hate household
projects.

Maybe the cold was why last night's shrimp took on a curry powder
addition - to overcome the stuffed nose. General foods, that is
meals, are working rather fine. Portions are all most reasonable
(okay, that first night with the leg of lamb might have been a bit
high but it was fresh and wonderful) but the snacking is just not
controllable these days. I just have to not buy the stuff and bring
it into the house.

Working on household projects and recovering from a cold don't belong
on the same to-do list.

Yes, sometimes when I am out of control around certain foods, I have
to eliminate them completely. When moderation is impossible,
abstinence is sometimes the answer.

Whoa baby! Down 4.8 is one heck of a whoosh, congrats!!! Now I'm gonna be
holding my breath awaiting to hear who is under who is under who (or whom, too
confusing for me to figure out). G

Congrats on meeting all those mini-goals and a week well done.
