Default Starting All Over Again

Ya gotta love Day Three!

By Day Three:

a. You may have lost some bloat
b. You may have lost some weight
c. You are celebrating two days of "legality"-- feeling virtuous and
confident that you can do this.
d. The cravings are gone. A hard boiled egg appears to be a thing of
beauty!

Yes, I can't remember whether I felt the "CLICK" on Day 3 or 4 -- but I was
amazed (as always) by how forgiving the body is and how much it appreciates
being treated properly. I haven't even brewed a pot of coffee for the last
two weeks because I've felt so naturally energetic from good food. Now on
Day 15 -- 6 miles walked already (3 on treadmill then 3 outdoors because a
friend called me to go walking just as I was finishing up on the
treadmill) -- and working on my first liter of water for the day.

Glad to see you're back on track, Mary. I couldn't live without the
coffeeg Come to think of it I doubt anyone would want to be around me
until I've had that first cup of coffee.

Thanks, Bev! It really feels good. And believe me, a few weeks ago I needed
coffee before I'd even think of getting on the treadmill or working in the
morning -- but I really haven't felt the lack. Though today it sounds good
because the house is a little chilly (trying to keep those gas bills down
this winter!) -- so I may brew some coffee just for enjoyment. I love it
percolated on the stove, the old-fashioned way. How is your back feeling?

The back is 100% again. I've been able to get back on the bike and do the
training rides in the hilly park near home. I'm hoping for some nice
weather over the weekend so I can do a little riding but it's looking like a
wet, cold weekend

I don't have any gas bills I know how you feel about keeping those utility
bills down.

I'm glad your back has remained stable for you! I was wondering how you'd
feel after trying out your hills last weekend! :-)
