Exercise & Food 10/07/05
Well today was my yearly visit to gyno. He said I was in great health blood
pressure was perfect, weighed less than last year and it seems according to the report the endocrinolgist sent him says my thyroid is stable an just to continue on my current dosage and go see her in 4 to 6 mths. After doctors visit I went and walked around the mall a little didn't buy anything ate at subway the went to grocery store and home. I did my 3 mile walk tape in the evening. Exercise - 3 miles calories burned 158 / pts earned 2 Food - Breakfast 1 cup bran, 1 cup skim milk, 1 med banana, 1 cup OJ Lunch- subway deli sandwich, baked lays, 1 small diet coke Supper- grilled chopped sirlion, steamed veggies, 1/2 garlic mashed potatoes, 2 tbs of instant brown gravy.
