Default Identify your ideal weight

If you’re 5′5″ with a certain build, there’s an ideal weight that
matches your body type. Find it - and make that your goal. And if you
don’t know what that might be, try searching the Web for a calculator
(though results and calculations will vary by a small margin). Now you
have a weight goal to shoot for.

Wiser to eat less down to the right amount and lose the visceral
adipose tissue (VAT) irrespective of what you might believe your ideal
might be.

May GOD bless you in HIS mighty way making you hungrier than ever.

Prayerfully in Jesus' awesome love,

Andrew

My ideal weight is a weight at which I'm at ease in my skin, happy with my
look and confident in my ability to move easily.
